Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day metrology activities for stamping, body-in-white, and closures measurement, dimensional integrity, and analysis.
  • •Manage the E-cube measurement process, including results reviews, E-cube maintenance, and preservation.
  • •Define metrology priorities, resource allocation, measurement schedules, escalation routines, and deliverables aligned to production and launch needs.
  • •Lead scanbox measurement and structured dimensional analysis, including trend monitoring, correlation studies, and variation reduction.
  • •Provide closed-loop problem-solving support by linking measurement outputs to root cause analysis, tooling/fixture adjustments, and containment actions; support launch/ramp-up escalation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality, or related preferred).
  • •10+ years of automotive manufacturing experience with at least 7 years within an OEM.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience, including building and developing high-performing teams.
  • •Strong background in metrology and dimensional problem solving with cross-functional coordination.
  • •Good understanding of stamping and body-in-white manufacturing processes.
