Job Function: Design (Product/UX/UI/Visual)
Seniority: Sr. Manager level

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead post-silicon Power and Performance Attainment (PPA) validation by profiling and measuring EDC/TDC, thermal dynamics, frequency scaling, and voltage droop characteristics.
  • •Drive attainment of power and performance goals by optimizing power management settings, firmware parameters, and system configurations for efficiency and throughput.
  • •Perform in-depth silicon debugging across power rails, telemetry systems, DVS, and PMIC interactions to resolve PPA-related issues.
  • •Correlate silicon results with pre-silicon models, identify discrepancies, and propose actions to close gaps affecting PPA.
  • •Develop and automate data collection/analysis pipelines; create dashboards for KPI monitoring, regression tracking, and PPA progress visualization.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience with Power and Power PnP (pre-silicon and post-silicon) and correlation to validate power outcomes.
  • •Proven experience with power management features and firmware (PMM, PMFW), power performance bounding box assessments, and PPA targets and attainment.
  • •Experience with power performance profiling and measurements including EDS/TDC, frequency scaling, and voltage droop analysis/characterization.
  • •Strong Python scripting skills with hands-on lab debug experience (e.g., oscilloscope, logic analyzer, DAC, PMIC tools).
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
