Job Summary

Own pre-sales technical discovery and drive enterprise solution expansion for Atlassian’s DACH customers. You’ll deliver tailored product demonstrations, build proof-of-concept environments, and run interactive workshops to address objections and connect technical capabilities to business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

•Conduct customer discovery to assess challenges, business goals, and technical requirements to find cross-product expansion opportunities.
•Deliver tailored product demonstrations that address objections and align technical capabilities to the customer’s success vision.
•Develop proof-of-concept environments and lead interactive workshops showcasing product features, workflows, and hands-on solutions.
•Continuously enhance technical expertise by following Atlassian’s roadmap, pursuing certifications, and refining pre-sales knowledge and sales processes.
•Partner with internal teams, account managers, and product stakeholders to drive transformation deals and articulate Atlassian’s differentiators.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Proven sales engineering experience, with at least four years supporting large strategic accounts.
•Experience communicating and presenting to senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced technical degree preferred).
•Fluency in German and English.
•Willing and able to travel occasionally.
