Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and continuously evolve Sophos’ global lead lifecycle strategy from initial engagement through MQL, SAL, opportunity and revenue.
  • •Map and optimize prospect journeys across buying stages, identifying friction, leakage, and opportunities to accelerate progression.
  • •Establish lifecycle performance metrics and use funnel data to prioritize improvements and drive measurable conversion outcomes.
  • •Develop dynamic nurture and buying journeys using buyer behavior, engagement, intent and account signals, including next-best engagement plus recycling strategies.
  • •Partner with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations to improve lead scoring, qualification, routing and recycling, and build feedback loops with SDR and Sales teams.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally across lifecycle marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations.
  • •Experience with complex B2B buying journeys (preferably SaaS, enterprise technology, or cybersecurity) and translating performance into measurable pipeline/revenue outcomes.
  • •Proven ability to build lifecycle, nurture, and demand programs, with strong lead management across scoring, qualification, routing and recycling.
  • •Strong analytical capability using funnel and conversion data to identify issues and drive measurable improvements.
  • •Hands-on experience using CRM, marketing automation, and ABM/intent platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo/Eloqua, 6sense), plus partnership with Sales, SDR, Marketing Ops and RevOps teams.
