Key Responsibilities

  • •Own production readiness and activation as the single technical owner, driving first production workflows and reducing time-to-production.
  • •Establish reliability guardrails and best practices for failure handling, scaling, and upgrades, including alerting and preemptive issue detection.
  • •Resolve customers' most difficult tickets and identify/remove activation blockers before escalations.
  • •Run KPI-driven customer technical program planning, defining patterns, training, governance, and operational readiness standards.
  • •Lead technical reviews, readiness checkpoints, and maturity assessments while coordinating cross-functional delivery and managing technical risk and architectural debt.

Key Requirements
