Job Summary

Lead the lifecycle of energy conference content from research to onsite delivery, coordinating with industry stakeholders, advisory boards, and speakers. Manage multiple sub-programmes, ensure commercially viable agendas, and collaborate with marketing, sales and operations to deliver high-impact events.

Key Responsibilities

•Liaise with conference speakers/moderators and their communications teams for placement on the agenda.
•Conduct in-depth research to feed into the creation of a Conference message house, build key strategic themes and develop programme agendas with industry stakeholders, advisory boards and validated sources.
•Join sponsorship calls and meetings with existing and potential clients as necessary.
•Ensure the conference agenda is at the highest level of commercial viability for sponsorship and delegate sales.
•Recruit leading experts, industry representatives, regulators, government representatives, and other relevant speakers to the programme faculty.

Travel: Medium travel

•You have experience in developing high-quality conference programmes, with hands-on experience managing the full content lifecycle from the research phase to onsite delivery.
•You can manage multiple sub-programmes and feature agendas simultaneously, keeping quality and momentum across each.
•You understand how content strategy connects to commercial outcomes and can contribute meaningfully to marketing and sales campaigns.
•Strong networking instincts and the ability to identify, approach and build relationships with senior industry figures.
•Confident communication with industry stakeholders, whether in calls, meetings or written communication with executives and experts
