Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead user experience design and strategy across the Tech & Data Risk Management (TDRM) ecosystem.
  • •Co-create innovative solutions to complex problems and drive product strategy and outcomes.
  • •Set goals aligned to portfolio strategy, manage stakeholders, and remove barriers to help designers succeed.
  • •Oversee use of design tools/platforms/frameworks and develop design artifacts such as vision stories, journey maps, blueprints, and prototypes.
  • •Advocate human-centered methodologies using data and research insights, and present work across levels to influence stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,500 - 249,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role.
  • •At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in a people leadership role.
  • •At least 8 years of experience in a Product Design role (preferred).
  • •Experience working in heavily regulated, data-heavy problem spaces (preferred).
