Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a long-term technical partner embedded within a strategic customer’s engineering organization.
  • •Design, build, and deploy production-ready code and configurations into customer infrastructure using the Cloudflare platform.
  • •Own technical success across the account’s Cloudflare portfolio as the primary technical point of contact.
  • •Participate in customer engineering rituals (standups, design reviews) and support real-time incident response.
  • •Identify opportunities to accelerate adoption of Cloudflare services and feed real-world edge cases and product gaps back to Cloudflare engineering and product teams.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade systems, not just advising.
  • •Experience with modern languages including TypeScript, Rust, and Golang.
  • •Owned mission-critical services with production operational maturity, including on-call and incident response awareness.
  • •Active day-to-day practitioner using modern development workflows and frameworks with a ship-first mentality.
  • •Deep full-stack fluency across frontend, backend, databases, and distributed infrastructure, plus ability to decompose requirements into scalable architectures.
