Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Process Improvement, Product, DevOps, IT, Security, and other business functions to identify workflow and process problems.
  • •Map existing workflows, including systems, stakeholders, handoffs, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • •Identify opportunities for automation and determine which problems are suitable for technical intervention.
  • •Design, prototype, build, and productionize automation solutions that integrate with existing internal systems, APIs, infrastructure, and product workflows.
  • •Drive end-to-end execution independently (discovery through implementation) and establish patterns and best practices to support a broader Forward Deployed Engineer capability.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous hands-on experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer (or an equivalent forward-deployed role).
