Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform processing duties as assigned, including trimming/boning with knives/hooks or using powered equipment.
  • •Perform harvest duties as assigned, including hide removal, trimming, and/or operating heavy equipment.
  • •Assist packaging tasks when assigned (bagging and boxing product).
  • •Maintain safety and productivity while working in extreme cold/wet (processing) or extreme hot/wet/humid (harvest) conditions.
  • •Complete required training and perform other assigned duties, including overtime when needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.35 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting up to 40 pounds and standing 8–10 hours per day.
  • •Work in meat environments (blood, fat, bones/products) for processing and in extreme hot/wet/ humid environments for harvest.
  • •Use tools/equipment required by assigned role, including knives/hooks or powered equipment (e.g., saws, air knives, skinner machines).
  • •Complete all required job training and perform other duties as assigned.
  • •Be available to work the required schedule (A Shift 5:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday including Saturdays) and overtime.
