Key Responsibilities

•Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of postings and documentation
•Conduct consolidated balance sheet variance analysis and explain movements to business teams
•Prepare monthly working capital forecasts for allocated accounts
•Oversee end-to-end provision processes including posting and reconciliation
•Support pension accounting activities and quarterly reporting, along with ad hoc requirements

Key Requirements

•Qualified or working towards ACCA, CIMA, or ACA
•Solid accounting experience in a multinational or shared services environment
•Strong knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting (US GAAP)
•Experience working with auditors and supporting audit processes
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
