Key Responsibilities

•Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for Marketing roles at all levels (PMM, Narrative, Brand)
•Collaborate with teammates to ensure a delightful candidate experience from first conversation through first day
•Perform extensive sourcing using Clay tools and referrals to fill roles
•Partner with leadership on strategic aspects of recruiting and interview design
•Focus on quality of hire and design effective interview processes

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•5+ years of business/marketing recruiting experience
•2 years of in-house and/or early-stage startup GTM recruiting experience (preferred)
•Based in NYC or SF and open to in-person office environment (4-5 days a week)
•Excellent written and spoken communication
•Strong interviewing skills with focus on quality of hire and candidate experience
