Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle end-to-end contract management processes related to contract administration for Zurich’s transport insurance portfolio in Frankfurt.
  • •Act as a contact person and problem-solver for customers and brokers regarding risk coverage, contract documents, and premium payments.
  • •Monitor incoming payments and clarify receivables collections and premium differences.
  • •Support the issuance of insurance contracts within international insurance programs in collaboration with the global network.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed commercial or insurance-related training, or a comparable qualification in freight forwarding and/or logistics.
  • •Several years of experience as a customer support contact in insurance, preferably in industrial insurance, or comparable experience from freight forwarding and/or logistics.
  • •IT affinity with MS Office (especially Excel) and experience using policy administration/portfolio systems.
  • •Fluent German (at least B2) and good reading comprehension for English texts.
  • •Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with strong communication and teamwork.
