Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a territory business plan targeting key skeletal dysplasia stakeholders to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • •Demonstrate deep expertise in Infigratinib and the skeletal dysplasia landscape and engage HCPs in compliant discussions.
  • •Use sales and target data to identify growth opportunities and proactively address territory challenges.
  • •Partner compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to maximize customer and family satisfaction.
  • •Maintain relationships with KOLs in partnership with Marketing and Medical Affairs to expand advocacy for Infigratinib.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years in pharmaceutical or biotech, with 4+ years in rare disease, genetic disease, or skeletal dysplasia (achondroplasia or pediatric rare disease experience preferred).
  • •BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
  • •Proven account management experience analyzing complex accounts, building strategy, and delivering measurable impact.
  • •Proven product/indication launch experience in competitive or new markets, including creating demand through disease-state and stakeholder education.
  • •Willingness to travel extensively.
