Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in person and over the phone to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts and other deposit/lending products (including home equity and unsecured lending) aligned to client needs.
  • •Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while attracting new clients and expanding existing relationships.
  • •Partner with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to manage centers of influence and drive client acquisition and retention.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; support teller transactions as needed and assist with branch operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience prioritized).
  • •Comfort with consumer credit concepts including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Demonstrated experience influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients.
