Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead automation and electrical engineering projects covering power distribution, control systems, robotics, servo systems, HMIs, industrial networks, and industrial cybersecurity.
  • •Design, integrate, install, and commission new manufacturing equipment and automation solutions.
  • •Develop, test, and deploy industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, robots, machine vision, detection systems).
  • •Integrate industrial control systems with MES to strengthen process monitoring, quality control, and operational excellence.
  • •Provide technical leadership while coaching junior engineers and supporting commissioning through Vendor Acceptance Tests (VATs).

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation & Controls, Robotics, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •0–5 years of experience in automation, electrical engineering, or industrial controls projects.
  • •Experience with—or willingness to quickly develop expertise in—power systems, industrial networks, machine control, instrumentation, robotics, vision systems, and industrial cybersecurity.
  • •Strong interest in industrial automation, smart manufacturing, and emerging technologies.
  • •Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and strong communication across multidisciplinary teams.
