Job Summary

Own end-to-end operations for Canva’s partner ecosystem, including the PRM platform (Allbound), deal registration/order processing, partner agreements and contract ops, and partner enablement infrastructure. Lead partner commercial processes such as referral payments, margin/MDF management, renewals operations, pipeline hygiene, communications governance, and partner program strategy. Build forecasting, reporting, and insights for partner-sourced revenue and program health while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Canva’s partner relationship management platform end-to-end, including architecture, integrations, and continuous improvement across partner pillars.
•Manage an onshore/offshore deal registration and order processing team, setting quality, speed, and accuracy standards and building scalable processes.
•Design and run critical commercial processes including solutions engagement workflows, partner referral payments, and margin/MDF management.
•Own partner agreements and contract operations from execution through amendments and renewals in partnership with Legal and Finance.
•Build partner forecasting and reporting/insights for pipeline, partner performance, revenue attribution, and program health.

•Ability to handle operational detail (e.g., payment reconciliation) while presenting data-driven program health to senior leadership.
•Strong operational rigor paired with strategic thinking to standardize now and scale later.
•Experience managing or mentoring a team, including distributed/onshore-offshore teams, across time zones.
