Job Summary

Lead and manage a Bridges engineering team on large-scale projects across Mumbai/Noida/Bengaluru, delivering high-quality structural bridge designs within schedule. Oversee technical direction, mentor engineers, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, ensure compliance with DMRB/MCDHW and Euro/BS codes, and drive innovation and project delivery as part of WSP India’s Civil GCC.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, manage and deliver complex bridge projects, ensuring quality and adherence to schedule.
•Drive and improve professional qualifications and memberships within the Civil GCC; provide technical direction and mentorship to staff.
•Promote innovation and clear direction on technical issues; foster collaboration across teams and with clients.
•Maintain effective client handling and interpersonal communications to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
•Support and develop a team with line-management responsibilities as required.

Key Requirements

•14-24 years of experience in civil/bridge engineering or equivalent
•Master’s in Structural Engineering preferable, MIStructE or MICE a plus
•Desirable Chartered status (CEng MIStructE or MICE) and background verification
•Experience with design and analysis of bridges, knowledge of DMRB and MCDHW
•Proven ability to lead, manage and deliver large/complex projects and mentor staff
