Job Summary

Own the Virtual & Hybrid Platforms foundation that enables pre-silicon SoC software development, from ROM and early boot through Linux/Android bring-up. Lead end-to-end platform readiness and serve as the technical owner for platform health across the program. Debug complex HW/SW issues using waveform analysis, GDB, and JTAG, drive root-cause, and optimize performance, multithreading, and deadlock behavior. Apply AI-assisted tooling to accelerate bring-up, log analysis, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and integrate Virtual and Hybrid Platforms using SystemC/TLM and RTL components to enable early software development ahead of silicon availability.
•Lead end-to-end platform readiness from ROM/bootloaders/firmware through OS bring-up and stability, owning platform health across the program.
•Debug complex HW/SW issues using waveform analysis, GDB, JTAG, and co-debug methodologies to drive root cause.
•Connect across architecture, RTL, IP, firmware, validation, and customer teams, translating hardware intent into software execution.
•Drive platform performance optimization, multithreading enablement, and deadlock analysis for stability at scale.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software development experience with meaningful depth in pre-silicon or SoC platform environments.
•Strong proficiency in C++, SystemC, and TLM 2.0.
•Hands-on experience developing and integrating SoC Virtual Platforms and Hybrid Platforms.
•Experience integrating RTL with virtual or emulation environments.
•Hands-on debugging expertise across complex systems (waveform-based debug, HW/SW co-debug) and scripting in C/C++, Python, and Shell.
