Job Summary

Analyze customer business processes and design tailored CRM solution concepts using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. Own the rollout, configuration, and continuous development of CRM solutions to sustainably optimize sales, service, and marketing processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders and agile project teams to deliver implementations across modules like Field Service, Customer Service/Contact Center, and Sales & Marketing, including workshop planning and international rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement customer-specific solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Field Service, Customer Service, Contact Center, Sales & Marketing).
•Use Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform to realize modern CRM solutions.
•Advise customers on designing, optimizing, and digitizing CRM processes.
•Support customers throughout the project lifecycle from requirements analysis to (international) rollout.
•Plan, run, and present workshops at specialist and management levels, working in agile cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 43,456 - 74,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, especially in Field Service, Customer Service/Contact Center, or Sales & Marketing.
•Strong understanding of analysis and design of business and service processes.
•Basic knowledge of project management methods (classic and/or agile).
•Structured, methodical approach to developing functional and technical solution concepts.
•Experience or solid knowledge using AI-based CRM functions in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 context (e.g., Copilot, intelligent automation, analytics).
