Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish strategy and roadmap for Delivery Intelligence and Automation across the Cross Platform Delivery organization.
  • •Lead design and implementation of AI-enabled capabilities for delivery planning, dependency management, reporting, governance, and workflows.
  • •Drive automation of manual delivery activities including executive reporting, status synthesis, coordination, and governance processes.
  • •Build predictive delivery intelligence to proactively identify execution risks, dependency bottlenecks, and release readiness concerns.
  • •Develop enterprise dashboards and delivery telemetry for real-time portfolio health, execution progress, and organizational performance.

Salary: USD 144,250 - 256,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology delivery, portfolio management, enterprise transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • •Drive cross-functional programs across engineering, product, technology, and business organizations.
  • •Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, Agile delivery practices, portfolio management, and enterprise governance.
  • •Experience implementing automation, AI-enabled workflows, advanced analytics, or intelligent reporting in large enterprises.
  • •Proven ability to build executive dashboards, delivery metrics, and operational insights that influence strategic decision making.
