Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee trust onboarding by reviewing and interpreting trust documents.
  • •Manage ongoing trust administration, including monitoring contributions and distributions and ensuring accurate tax coding.
  • •Ensure timely execution of required distributions and coordinate tax-related activities with trust accountants and third-party tax preparers.
  • •Lead annual trust administration and regulatory reviews, including beneficiary statements, trust accountings, and Crummey notices for exclusion gifts.
  • •Educate Advisors and internal teams on trust onboarding, administration processes, and trustee responsibilities, while supporting new business initiatives.
