Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary point of contact for assigned U.S. federal customers from contract signature onward, owning onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth.
  • •Deliver efficient customer service by acknowledging and resolving issues and retaining and growing the value of accounts.
  • •Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback internally to influence programmatic and technical development needed to maintain and grow enterprise business.
  • •Identify and communicate account readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule.
  • •Serve as internal expert for the federal/civil government vertical in specific regions and lead high-impact commercial decision-making, including process and system improvements to scale growth.

Key Requirements
