Sales Associate (Part-Time) - American Dream

Create an exceptional in-store experience for every guest by driving sales, educating customers on ALO products, and embodying the brand mission. You’ll lead ALO’s Flow initiatives, build daily client relationships, and ensure strong sales-floor coverage through coaching, planning, and teamwork. In partnership with store leadership, you’ll support reporting analysis, maintain front/back-of-house procedures, and help execute visual merchandising, replenishment, and shipment flow.
