Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and review infrastructure design requirements from a planning perspective, including utility capacity allocation, corridor reservations, network distribution, and plot connections.
  • •Evaluate potable water, irrigation, sewer, and other applicable infrastructure requirements across company and vertical projects to optimize implementation and operation.
  • •Manage and prepare agreements with Dubai Municipality related to connection fees and tie-in connections to DM networks.
  • •Update and manage water and sewerage infrastructure master plans across developments, including hydraulic model reviews, SIA, STP proposals, district cooling plant and network designs, and pumping/lifting station proposals.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and relevant authorities to deliver integrated, efficient, and compliant wet utilities solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Master’s degree in Engineering, Infrastructure Planning, or Project Management is preferred.
  • •Professional certifications such as PMP, Chartered Engineer (CEng), PE, or equivalent are an advantage.
  • •12–15 years of experience in infrastructure planning, design, and utilities coordination within large-scale real estate developments or master-planned communities.
  • •At least 5 years in a senior managerial role overseeing infrastructure planning delivery and coordination across multiple projects/developments.
