Head of Bid Management

Own the bid management strategy and lead bid/no-bid governance to prioritize strategic, win-able opportunities. Oversee the full bid lifecycle—from qualification and solutioning to pricing, submission, and handover—ensuring consistent methodology, governance, and compliance with client and commercial requirements. Partner with Finance, Commercial, Sales, Delivery, Legal, and external stakeholders to deliver compelling proposals, manage risks, and transition smoothly to project teams. Lead and build capability across the Bid Management organization.
