Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage project development briefs, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments to define project strategy and business plan.
  • •Oversee feasibility studies, financial models, and technical feasibility assessments, including economic impact and capital/operating cost estimates.
  • •Monitor design and project deliverables, program, and risk register; track development budgets vs. projected and actual costs.
  • •Negotiate Heads of Terms for sale, purchase, and lease agreements with third parties in collaboration with internal teams.
  • •Manage the end-to-end development process from inception to completion, coordinating multi-disciplinary stakeholders and consultants to maximize project value.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Urban Design or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 7 years’ real estate development experience from acquisition to project delivery in a real estate developer environment.
  • •Real estate development experience in UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
  • •Ability to manage feasibility studies, business cases, financial models, and development budgets.
  • •Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants and regulatory authorities.
