Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the face of Carvana at the gate for associates, vendors, and visitors.
  • •Monitor live cameras, review footage, and investigate intrusion alerts using the Unified Security Platform.
  • •Use the Safe & Secure App and RFID tech to enforce ingress/egress procedures and document access activity.
  • •Manage and document vehicle movement through Inspection Center entrance and exit gates.
  • •Maintain operational safety through emergency protocols, de-escalation, safety audits, snow/heat-safety procedures, and detailed reporting to leadership.
