Key Responsibilities

  • •Submit warranty claims accurately and on time to OEMs, primarily Stellantis, across all seven dealership sites.
  • •Track claim status through the full lifecycle—from submission and review to approval and ultimate payment.
  • •Proactively manage denied or rejected claims by identifying root causes, correcting documentation, and resubmitting promptly.
  • •Ensure warranty repair orders have complete, compliant documentation (diagnosis codes, labor operations, and parts documentation) aligned with OEM policies and audit requirements.
  • •Partner with Service Advisors and Service Managers to improve warranty repair order documentation quality; reconcile payments and support monthly Stellantis financials submissions and analytics reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years of automotive warranty administrator experience with a heavy emphasis on OEM processes (Stellantis/CDJR experience preferred).
