•Implement Premier Acquisition strategies to grow high-value client base.
•Acquire new-to-bank customers via central or self-generated leads.

•Develop strong working relationships with relevant business areas (e.g., WPB, Marketing).
•Maintain high standards of customer service to achieve client satisfaction and retention.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
•Minimum of one year proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience or equivalent
•Sound knowledge of deposits, WEM product, mortgage, etc.
•Knowledge of laws/regulations governing banks/finance industry, consumer trends, competitor offerings, economic and foreign currency markets
•Strong presentation and sales skills
