Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the integrated program plan across active credit and lending workstreams, managing milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • •Proactively manage sequencing, resourcing tradeoffs, and escalations, identifying off-track initiatives early and recommending paths forward.
  • •Ensure Compliance, Treasury, and Operations readiness lands alongside product and regulatory milestones, including audit-ready delivery.
  • •Maintain a single source of truth for status, decisions, risks, and owners using a living RAID log and structured decision-making.
  • •Drive incident learnings into design, test coverage, and runbooks; lead retrospectives and post-mortems and systematize learnings.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of program management or technical program management in a high-growth or regulated environment.
  • •Experience in financial services/fintech or credit infrastructure, including familiarity with compliance, audit, reporting, and risk obligations.
  • •Track record owning programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional accountability at the department or business level.
  • •Ability to communicate with and influence executive stakeholders in writing and high-stakes meetings.
  • •Strong technical fluency to understand and challenge engineering decisions and identify technical risks early.
