Own product operations for TikTok Shop merchant-side growth tool modules, driving go-to-market execution and adoption of promotion, CRM, and store design/customization capabilities. Build merchant enablement through multi-format education and partner with industry teams to deliver vertical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Own product operations for TikTok Shop merchant-side growth tool modules, including go-to-market execution and adoption of key features.
•Analyze merchant feedback to identify product issues and uncover merchant needs and growth opportunities using market research and data analysis.
•Develop operational strategies and product enablement plans to improve merchant efficiency and performance across merchant types and scenarios.
•Partner with industry teams and key merchants to build vertical-specific solutions and drive adoption of promotion, CRM, and store design capabilities.
•Build and continuously improve merchant education and enablement systems using articles, live sessions, case studies, and training materials.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above with 2+ years of experience in product operations, marketing products, data analysis, consulting, or related fields.
•Strong analytical thinking and data sensitivity to identify issues and opportunities from data, market insights, and user feedback.
•Hands-on experience translating user insights and data analysis into growth strategies, operational plans, or product improvements.
•Strong sense of ownership, cross-functional communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-changing environment.
•Preferred: experience in cross-border e-commerce, content e-commerce, or merchant services.
