Key Responsibilities

•Design onboarding and handoff operations, including milestones, escalation protocols, time-to-value benchmarks, and the reporting layer.
•Build the CS operational infrastructure: health scores, renewal forecasting, expansion tracking, and QBR standardization.
•Own post-sale partner operations and how partner activity feeds into renewal and expansion forecasting; collaborate with Pre-sale Lead on handoffs.
•Own post-sale reporting across CS, implementation, and partners; surface insights and support board-level narrative for retention and NRR.
•Work cross-functionally across CS, sales, implementation, and product to influence processes and build scalable operational playbooks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of professional experience with a deep understanding of the post-sale customer lifecycle and GTM motions.
•Experience building CS operational infrastructure including health scores, renewal forecasting, expansion tracking, and QBR standardization.
•Analytically capable with experience owning reporting and working with CRM/CS tooling data.
•Ability to design onboarding handoffs, establish milestones, escalation protocols, and time-to-value benchmarks.
•Comfortable using AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate analysis; able to influence across cross-functional teams.
