Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans, then partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams. Turn complex financial products into simple customer journeys, use feedback and metrics to iterate post-launch, and make trade-offs across speed, UX, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

•Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations using data, feedback, research, and production issues.

Key Requirements

•Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
•Comfortable using metrics, user feedback, experiments, and learning after launch.
•Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management; experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products is an advantage.
