Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead military sales across the India & South Asia region in close cooperation with the Make in India programmes and Integrated Campaign leadership.
  • •Manage a team of military sales managers to deliver regional military sales accountability.
  • •Coordinate HQ stakeholders in an MFT mode to prepare RFI/RFP responses, offers, contracts, and indigenous content proposals.
  • •Prepare and lead interactions with military customers and industrial players, fostering customer loyalty and representing the customer voice internally.
  • •Develop and maintain campaign strategies with a clear path to win, including decision-matrix mapping and leadership presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •20+ years in aerospace and/or military campaigns and/or complex industrial project management at senior level.
  • •Lead and motivate a highly driven, results-oriented team, including direct and MFT members.
  • •Strong knowledge and understanding of the Indian Defence Procurement processes.
  • •Ability to design and write compelling storyboards and proposals, including contract documentation updates and risk analysis with mitigation.
  • •Excellent spoken and written English, with exposure to international business environments.
