Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and process medical insurance quote requests from the sales team within agreed turnaround times for SME businesses.
  • •Coordinate with the sales team on adjustments (underwriting, eligibility, requotes) and follow up with insurers on quote status, escalating to the team leader when needed.
  • •Maintain Salesforce CRM dashboards and track quote and TOC status accurately.
  • •Prepare tables of comparison (TOCs) assigned within agreed TAT, and coordinate TOC changes and remarks with the sales team.
  • •Update insurance products and documentation in Bayzat systems; support weekly reporting on activity, technical issues, and concerns.
