Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and optimization of advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes, including material selection, process parameter optimization, metrology strategies, equipment qualification, and system integration.
  • •Design and conduct experiments, feasibility studies, simulations, and characterization to evaluate process technologies, equipment capabilities, and material interactions.
  • •Define, develop, and validate integrated Module Target Specifications (MTS) and associated reliability/manufacturability requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs), Control Plans, and change management processes to sustain manufacturing stability and quality.
  • •Investigate manufacturing excursions and yield detractors using data-driven, model-based problem-solving; implement root-cause corrective actions to improve line yield and product performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related STEM field (Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry) with 3+ years of industry experience, or a Master’s/PhD in a related STEM discipline with the stated experience thresholds.
  • •Technical expertise in semiconductor processing, system controls, opto-mechanics, or mechanical systems.
