Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead continuous improvement programs across HR, Finance, IT, and Procurement to improve efficiency, standardization, and quality.
  • •Develop and execute a structured improvement roadmap aligned with strategic goals and identify process gaps and performance bottlenecks.
  • •Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and automation methodologies to optimize business processes.
  • •Design and facilitate Kaizen workshops and process mapping sessions to engage stakeholders.
  • •Establish performance measurement systems and dashboards, ensuring SOP documentation and providing training, coaching, and root-cause problem-solving.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • •6–9 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process optimization within shared services or multinational companies.
  • •Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • •Proven experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement tools with measurable results.
  • •Strong knowledge of ERP and process automation tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, ServiceNow) and data-driven performance measurement.
