Provide technical leadership, ensure schedule integrity, QA/QC adherence, and cross-discipline collaboration, with client interaction and staff mentorship across Southeast projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute the engineering of transmission projects up to 765kV.
•Create and maintain a project schedule and lead project meetings to outline upcoming deliverables.
•Coordinate with clients on project status and support project meetings as necessary.
•Maintain project workflow and communication across multi-disciplinary projects, both internal and external to WSP.
•Ensure QA/QC procedures are followed and support staff development within the department.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
•3 to 5 years of relevant post-education engineering experience
•Engineer in Training Certification
•Understanding of the NESC, RUS, and/or GO-95
•Strong knowledge of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation
