Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on the Regional Leadership Team and deliver a consistent employee experience using Netflix culture and inclusion principles.
  • •Lead functional and local HR responsibilities across Talent, FinOps, Legal, Global Affairs & Product, translating business goals into HR strategies and people priorities.
  • •Manage employee relations matters including performance management, terminations, and leaves of absence in partnership with legal and employee relations teams.
  • •Coach and influence people leaders by evaluating employee sentiment and improving overall team effectiveness and organizational health.
  • •Drive organization design and change management, including operating model planning and support for work location strategy and organizational scaling.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in an HR leadership role in matrix organizations, including leading HRBPs across multiple functions and/or countries.
  • •Experience working in a highly matrixed, fast-paced global organization and navigating complex structures.
  • •Strong understanding of both business and HR concepts, with problem-solving, judgment, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.
  • •Proficiency in Inclusion and Diversity and the ability to apply it effectively within the organization.
  • •Proficiency in project management and execution skills to drive HR initiatives.
