Accounts Receivable Specialist

Own day-to-day collections for outstanding invoices while supporting customers and resolving accounts receivable issues. Proactively reach out by phone and email to drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets; perform reconciliations and past-due analysis; and maintain accurate collection notes for reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline communication, escalate inquiries for timely resolution, and identify process improvements. This role sits in the Collections department within a remote-first team.
