  • •Monitor and support low-latency network services in the NOC, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
  • •Analyze network and server alerts from monitoring tools (e.g., SevOne, IP SLA) and report to leads per the escalation matrix.
  • •Act as first line of contact for trouble tickets, maintain shift logs, and deliver reports to the customer distribution list.
  • •Coordinate incidents/break-fixes and follow up to change requests within SLA requirements.
  • •Perform data center work such as physical checks, structured cabling, racking/stacking, and coordinating server break-fixes with vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with network monitoring and alert/event management using tools such as IBM SevOne.
  • •Hands-on troubleshooting experience reviewing router/switch logs and analyzing interface errors for WAN/LAN issues.
  • •Experience with data center installation work including racking and stacking of HP and Dell servers/network equipment and structured cabling.
  • •CCNA or CCNP certification (desired).
