Key Responsibilities

  • •Bridge generative AI research models with real-world industrial applications by ensuring outputs are performant, grounded, and integrated into agent solutions.
  • •Design and prototype AI-native agent workflows and integrations based on client requirements, including fine-tuned LoRA models for industry needs.
  • •Implement production-quality code to integrate AI model APIs within agent frameworks and tools such as RAG, vector databases, memory, and caching.
  • •Optimize performance by improving latency, throughput, and cost (e.g., prompt chain optimization and caching strategies).
  • •Develop evaluation frameworks and guardrails (LLM-as-a-judge, human-in-the-loop) to ensure safe, accurate, hallucination-free outputs and assess model tradeoffs for GTM.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • •At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect/Solutions Engineer/Forward Deployed Engineer or AI agent product/engineer.
  • •Deep understanding of AI solutions on public cloud products, including LLM applications across verticals such as e-commerce, social & entertainment, fintech, and education.
  • •Familiarity with agentic AI design paradigms such as Re-Act, Plan and Execute, Multi-Agent, and Skills.
  • •Hands-on AI/ML experience with agentic frameworks and deep technical projects (e.g., Pageindex/RAG, prompt and context engineering) and Python proficiency (FastAPI, PyTorch/Jax).
