Job Summary

Support outbound technical sales by connecting with customers, conducting retention and sales calls, and recommending products and services tailored to customer needs. Manage call flows to achieve first-call resolution, educate customers to create demand, and meet KPIs and sales targets. Accurately document interactions, maintain confidentiality, and follow up to ensure satisfaction while expanding sales opportunities. Work remotely with required home-office setup and connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

•Connect with customers coast-to-coast and conduct outbound calls for customer retention, sales, and services.
•Promote and recommend products and services on outbound sales queues.
•Manage call flows to provide first call resolution and meet customer expectations.
•Educate customers on products and services to create a need and execute strategy to meet financial objectives.
•Document interactions accurately, communicate pricing/promotions/account information, and follow up to ensure satisfaction and expand sales opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Experience in customer care, retention, inbound sales, or outbound sales is an asset.
•A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
•Ability to build rapport with customers and work in a target-driven environment.
•Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
•Working-from-home requirements: 30mb/s download and 10mb/s upload internet (no satellite), Ethernet connection (not Wi‑Fi), and Google Authenticator with iOS 11 or Android 10 (or newer).
