Key Responsibilities

  • •Craft compelling, audience-centric messaging and distribute content across internal and external formats and channels.
  • •Build understanding of TI’s corporate, employee, and leader communication strategies to align initiatives.
  • •Drive communications activities that support employee engagement and help employees understand TI priorities and focus.
  • •Use internal and external communications channels such as intranet and leader blogs, digital and site signage, and employee emails.
  • •Support content distribution using channels such as search, paid advertising, automated campaigns, and social media/influencer relations.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA.
  • •Previous internship experience in a related field (preferred).
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills (preferred).
  • •Strong time management skills to deliver projects on time (preferred).
