Job Summary

Provide functional and technical expertise to support and develop Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, including estimating models, transformations, and techno-functional ownership within an ERP environment. Lead client-facing solution presentations, influence decisions that impact delivery outcomes, and collaborate with NTT DATA stakeholders and engineering teams. Own Oracle Cloud HCM end-to-end business flows across multiple modules and support operational excellence through incident/problem/request fulfillment practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide functional and technical expertise to support and develop Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
•Develop and/or fine-tune estimating models and methodologies.
•Architect Oracle Cloud HCM transformations and act as the techno-functional owner within an ERP system.
•Present solutions to clients and prospects and address queries.
•Build relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with NTT DATA support and engineering teams under the Service Delivery Manager and Applications Management practice.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
•Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and end-to-end Human Resources business flows.
•Strong functional knowledge across multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Global Payroll (UK), Core HR, and Talent/Learning areas.
•Technical experience with fast formulas, Redwood migration, VBCS, OTBI, BI reports, HCM extracts, and HDL loader.
•Degree in Finance or Computer Science (or equivalent education and work experience).
