Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide functional and technical expertise to support and develop Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
  • •Develop and/or fine-tune estimating models and methodologies.
  • •Architect Oracle Cloud HCM transformations and act as the techno-functional owner within an ERP system.
  • •Present solutions to clients and prospects and address queries.
  • •Build relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with NTT DATA support and engineering teams under the Service Delivery Manager and Applications Management practice.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • •Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and end-to-end Human Resources business flows.
  • •Strong functional knowledge across multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Global Payroll (UK), Core HR, and Talent/Learning areas.
  • •Technical experience with fast formulas, Redwood migration, VBCS, OTBI, BI reports, HCM extracts, and HDL loader.
  • •Degree in Finance or Computer Science (or equivalent education and work experience).
