Job Summary

Lead a software engineering team responsible for reviewing business requirements, creating functional and technical design documentation, and overseeing robust API testing strategies. Drive end-to-end and integration test design for distributed computing challenges, participate in design reviews, and ensure code review and accountability across development and QA. •Review business requirements and develop functional and technical design documentation.
•Design and implement testing procedures for APIs, abstractions, and integration patterns, including end-to-end and integration tests.
•Participate in design reviews to provide input on requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential issues.
•Ensure team productivity, predictability, and delivery of high-quality results.
•Oversee code review and maintain accountability for the team’s development and testing activities, including proof of concepts and technical evaluations of new technologies.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2+ years with a PhD), or 11+ years of relevant experience.

•Experience designing and implementing testing procedures for APIs, abstractions, and integration patterns, including end-to-end and integration tests.
•Experience participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential issues.
•Experience leading teams and maintaining code review/accountability for development and testing activities.
