Provide friendly, professional customer service by accurately processing transactions and identifying customer needs. Promote current offers, products, and services, answer questions, and resolve customer concerns. Support daily branch operations including vaults, night drops, and ATMs as assigned, and educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools. Collaborate across branches to deliver seamless, community-focused service while following all policies and procedures.
