Key Responsibilities

  • •Read and understand contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures, including updates.
  • •Verify contractor compliance through observation, measurements, testing, and tracking quality assurance progress.
  • •Maintain daily records of contractor manpower and equipment, and document personnel, equipment, activities, locations, reasons, and methods utilized.
  • •Undertake site supervision and inspections when instructed by the Resident Engineer (RE) or Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE), including site measurements and surveying checks.
  • •Monitor health and safety, report on materials delivery, and apply site quality controls and procedures; follow and implement site instructions from leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Engineering (required) for the Inspector position.
  • •Minimum 7 years of overall experience with construction supervision on a consultancy.
  • •Strong knowledge of mechanical methodologies and installation processes (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, water supply).
  • •Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques.
  • •Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write clear reports.
