Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and own the enterprise quality strategy and build a unified, global Quality Management System (QMS) across SBUs and regions.
  • •Oversee global quality performance across the full value chain, including proactive quality capabilities and early launch containment.
  • •Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to reduce COPQ and implement structured problem-solving and preventive methodologies to reduce rework, defects, and warranty escapes.
  • •Transform quality with advanced digital capabilities, including predictive/prescriptive analytics, real-time defect detection (IoT, computer vision), automated workflows, and digital traceability.
  • •Strengthen new product development (DFQ) quality and improve field quality and customer experience through feedback loops tying customer pain to engineering and manufacturing action.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in global industrial, manufacturing, or complex engineered product environments.
  • •Deep expertise in enterprise-wide quality management systems, APQP/PPAP, design quality, supplier quality, and manufacturing quality.
  • •Proven track record reducing COPQ and improving customer satisfaction through proactive quality cultures.
  • •Experience in global, matrixed organizations with diverse product lines and manufacturing footprints.
  • •Strong familiarity with digital quality tools such as IoT, computer vision, predictive analytics, and automated inspection (preferred).
